For generations, Asaba has placed importance on serving cuisine using the finest local ingredients.

The most exquisite and fresh ingredients are gathered from the foothills of Mount Fuji to Suruga Bay, the Kano River, the Amagi mountains, and the lands of Izu.
We believe in the deep-rooted connections between ingredients and people.

Asaba breakfast

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the comfort of your room.
An Asaba breakfast includes two options: a Japanese or Western-style course. The Japanese course includes our famous home-dried grilled fish and fluffy egg dish.

  • * For special occasions, we can arrange for flowers, cake, champagne, Tai sea bream broiled in a salt crust which is a celebratory dish in Japan (the word omedeTAI means celebration in Japanese), and other requests.
  • * We are able to accommodate vegetarian or religious requests if given three days notice.
  • * No dining reservations are necessary in advance. The price includes an in-room dinner and breakfast. Dinner is served between 18:00 and 19:00, and breakfast is between 8:00 am and 09:00 am.
  • * In-room dining is served by a private server, unless a large group.
